As I've had no interest in this here is an update.

I will have this rig back from the shop this week after gettting the rear main seal replaced (it was leaking a little) and new clutch and oil pan gasket at the same time. All Toyota parts.

I might not have been clear on the original post that there is 60k miles on this rig with the original f motor. The body is in nice shape for a VT rig, it does have a little rust but nothing that can't be fixed. This was a factory soft top (now Besttop) and bikini top, no hard top. It has the rear tailgate like a pickup that came with the soft tops, not the swing doors. I understand that the 74 f motor was a little different, something to do with the oil system being set up more like a 2f. I'm sure there are some of you that would know more about this. It has the original 4 speed tranny and working factory PTO winch.

I have a 79 fj40 that is part of the deal. I had planned on doing a resto. The body is shot but the frame is nice and it has a disk brake front axle. You don't have to take this if you don't want to with the deal but it won't change the price.

I was asking $10,000 and I know that may be a little high but it was listed as OBO. I am motivated to sell so if you have any interest let me know.
