For Sale '74 Cruiser in Tennessee

I'm selling one of my 1974 Cruisers. Long story short, I purchased this Cruiser to use for parts for another '74 (my grandfather's old 40, original owner). You know how expensive those sentimental builds can become, but moving on....After I bought the truck, I realized it's just to complete and to nice of a truck to cannibalize.

I have a folder, from the previous owners, dating back to 2000 with receipts of previous work performed. It's had the disc brake conversion on the front, 3-speed with the 155 engine with a Holley carburetor, and an upgraded electronic ignition. The truck runs fantastic and I did have a compression test performed. Right now, she just sits in the garage except for the occasional lap around the neighborhood and if it wasn't for the space, I'd most definitely keep her. She does have some rust in the normal spots, rear sill, rear quarters, and a little under the doors. You could clean up the body and add some wheels and you'd have a slick truck, or just enjoy her as she is. Everything is there on this truck.
I'm asking $9000.

Thanks for looking.
