1973 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40

Rebuilt 2F engine
Very little rust, a little along the back only. All bolts come out easily, not rusted up. Floors are solid, fenderwells, bed, solid.
Original 3 speed transmission with original "3-speed" transfer case, desireable floor mounted shifter and transfer case shift. Desireable "soft case" transfer case - the strong one. Rebuilt parking brake.
2 tops, soft and hard, both with doors. Hardtop locks replaced so you can lock it up! Hardtop rebuilt, very solid gutter, all new rivets and bolts. Bestop soft top. Hard doors have new door seal gaskets.
High-back bucket seats (made by Recaro) from a Mustang GT with power lumbar and other adjustments - excellent!
Very well maintained. Many parts replaced or rebuilt within the last few years - alternator, distributor, clutch, rebuilt 2F engine, brakes, steering center arm, steering box coupler, water pump, replaced rear diff with a good front one. I keep the oils changed and everything greased properly, including complete repacks of front Birfields.
All factory gauges and dash controls work. Has halogen headlights.
Stock body with stock rear tire mount. Interior carpeted. 2 working heaters. Rebuilt, working wipers and washers.
Has the stock roll bar from a '79 with all the pads and integrated shoulder seatbelts.
Crane XR700 electronic ignition in "non-USA" vacuum-advance distributor. Ported vacuum on carburetor.
Power brakes!
Has exhaust header and electric block heater.
Doestch-Tech DT8000 shocks. Downey Ultra Travel 3" lift leaf springs are fully slip-plated and it doesn't sag or lean.
New CCOT all-brass 4-core radiator, never overheats.
Factory trailer hitch.
Can be licensed as a collector vehicle in Colorado. Located in Boulder.
