73’ fj40 inspection help (1 Viewer)

I’m interested in a project 40 for sale in the Santee/ SD area and need help with an inspection since I’m on the east coast. It’s a non op so it can’t be driven anywhere. Owner is a little hesitant to have it towed. Even though it’s a project I need some assistance to understand what I am starting with. I’d prefer not to use a mobile mechanic inspector type place that doesn’t know these vehicles.
let me know or if you can help or direct me to a shop that would travel to inspect. For $$ of course
