I am thinking about selling my fj40 and was wondering if any one would be interested in it.
the body has rust in the usual places: the rear seal, quarter panels and also the a few dents in the rocker panels. The floor pan has only surface rust. It does not run, but here are the parts that are included:
Newly rebuilt 3f engine with a 2f head and carb with all accessories, power stearing pump, alternator, a/c pump, starter.
Gas tank was just professionally resealed
Oil cooler was just cleaned by local radiator shop
New radiator
top was just restored and just needs to be put back together. It was sand blasted, and painted.
Newer style doors that were just sand blasted and painted. Comes with the newer style posts that I cut off another fj40 body.
Old style split hood with dent, and really good new style hood.
new body mount kit.
fj60 4speed transmission and transfer case.
If wanted all the power stearing off an fj60
New Toyota ignition switch with key
All Glass for the vehicle
door handles
1978 fj40 disc brake front axle
Roll bar
New 1f starter.
original 1f motor, transmission and transfercase
1f Carb
things you will need
front fenders
weather stripping
Rear quarter panels or you can fab them your self
Tires
seats
I was wanting $4500 for all this. Please email me if you are interested. I don't have pictures as of yet, but will try to get them this week.
I would sell it for $2500 without the motor and 2f carb
