Long overdue update.

Here are some pics. If someone wants any specific pics, let me know. I had a really cool two into one exhaust done. All the upholstery is done. It fires up and sounds beautiful. I cant really drive it though because of the wheels rubbing the calipers in front.

More update.

All the wiring is working. The lights were a pain in the backside, but I figured them out. My main problem now is the wheels. I need a black off road wheel that will not rub the caliper and not hit the steering arm. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

yeah, very nice color, what brand and or kit was that bedliner that came with a sprayer? I need that kit myself. and did you make your steering column longer? It looks like there is alot of leg room between the seat and the steering wheel. I'm a big guy and I don't want to put a tilt column in, I want it to look stock but have the steering wheel higher than it sits normally.

Great looking 40:beer:. Maybe an OEM Steelie would look good, widened to your specs if you're trying to run a wide tire. :meh:

I used a raptor liner kit and it came with the gun. I am real happy the way it turned out. It is hard, but smooth. Not rough at all. As far as the steering wheel, when I did the saginaw conversion, I tried to get the steering wheel in the stock position. It does look higher, but I like it. I can take a measurement from the column brace to the top and you can compare.

Caliper clearnce problem solved

I just picked up a Pro Comp Series 8069 today and bolted it up. It clears the caliper and misses the steering arm. I ordered the rest and they should be here next week. I will post picks when they are mounted up.

WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! Thats Amazing you did a fantastic job. I really need to get up there and check this out in person. NICE JOB Brother

Your top looks like my '71......great fit. Mine is simular with stock steelies and 31 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires plus stock F engine.
