7 pin Trailer Wiring...

2000 presently with 4 pin lead with plug in factory harness. Will tie in to 7 pin, straight forward match-up with 7 pin tail-light wiring.
Question... I need to tie in "back-up" lights and run 12v from battery for two leads of the 7 pin.

Has anyone tackled this project? Any advice.

Will not be using the "blue" wire for electric brake controller. Powered from trailer battery only a breakaway switch.

be sure to put good fuses in, esp. for the power.
work with relays, not just tapping into lights.
