I did have one weird hiccup where the PayPal page timed out after hitting Buy Now but I just hit it again and it loaded fine afterwards.
at 6:03 (AZ time) it said it had already reached 40 submissions today. 
I was able to enter all the info, but when I hit the button at the bottom it just brings up a big sad sunglasses guy with the 40 submissions message.
Did you guys really snag all the spots in 3 minutes?!
