1967 toyota fj40 cruiser. body is mostly rust free. very solid for a 67 that has had very little body work done. has a healthy 350 chevy engine with headers and 3 inch full exhaust. brand new edelbrock carb. custom adapter to run a recently rebuilt 76 4 speed landcruiser tranny (hydrolic converted) with a custom adapter to run a 67 "3 speed" transfer case. (lower geared then the 4 speed one)also have a high clearance t case crossmember. brand new throwout bearing brand new pilot bearing centforce clutch still lots of life on it. custom made powersteering box out of a newer "minitruck" toyota with a chevy powersteering pump. complete with custom hydrolic hose (metric to standard) custom gauges in the dash that all work but gas and speedo.(autometer) custom racing seats (just those schucks plastic seats with padded covers) interior is stripped. custom front bumper, nothing too crazy pretty much a square tube thats kinda nice looking. stock suspension with flipped rear springs (for longer wheelbase) 2" lift shackles for a little extra clearance and extra flex. 33 inch rvt mud terrains with good tread. new bikini top. the bad: little bit of rust behind door on drivers side. (happens to most of them) no hard top anymore. drivers side door is missing assembly to roll up window. its a pretty cool rig. a little rough around the edges but mechanically sound. i drive it around a fair bit and taken it wheelin at evans a few times and even without lockers it gets up all the trails there. torque and low gearing help with that. i dont really want to sell it. i just need the money. money is getting a little tight lately and bills need to be paid.
