I may be interested and am semi-local (Denver), is the body solid overall? Are there any immediate issues that need to be addressed?

The body is solid overall ie sill, undercarriage was coated way before I got it. The windshield is crap, all lights work and driveable, i took it to ouray as it sits now.

Well, it looks like I'm out on this one for a couple of reasons. I do appreciate your time and prompt response and quite frankly I'm surprised this rig hasn't generated more interest than it has. Bump for an SBC'd, SOA'd Cruiser for under $3,000. Good luck with the sale, thanks again.

Who did the SBC and pix? Undercarriage, rear & interior pix? Rear heater? Details on lift, rims, etc. ??
