65 L.C. 4 sale!!!
65 Toyota FJ40 for sale!!!

I hate to do it, but here it goes...

I have owned this old girl for over 25 years, and have touched every nut & bolt on her, but have never removed the tub from the frame, but i am sad to say i have not wheeled her in about 4 years, and i would rather somebody else enjoy her rather than seeing her just sitting and rotting away.....

In the last 3 to 4 years i have turned a new lief and have gotten away form the crawling scene and have moved to classic car's. I currently own a 57 Chevy that is all but completely done, but i have picked up my fathers 69 GMC short wheelbase fleet side 2 wheel drive truck with the original B.B. 402 in it from the factory, and i need to sell the L.C. to fund this project.

This picture is the only one i have left since my old computer crashed on me and i lost all my pics, but allot of up grades have taken place sine this pic was taken, i can always take more if needed be and post them up...

The motor is a Chevy 350 with a mild R.V. cam and the tranny is a turbo 350 mated to the stock T-Case.

The suspension has been stretched to 103" using Rubicon Express lief spring front & rear. Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks front and rear, and I have also added a 3 link traction bar to the rear axle for axle wrap.

The front end is a 75 L.C. housing with 4:10's with a Lock Wright locker. The front knuckles have been cut and turned for better drive line angle. All the upper and lower trunion bearings, wheel bearings, axles seals and felts are all brand new with Toyota frond disc brakes. The inner axles are Bobby Long-field's Chromo's. I have also installed high steer steering arms with heim joints, rock ramed, and a Anti-Rock sway bar.

The rear end also has 4:10's with a Lincoln Locker with FJ-60 axles and rear disc brakes, and i have installed 2.5" wheel spacers on each axles for a little more width.

The interior is pretty much bone stock besides a Chevy tilt column, but i have installed a brand new set of Corbeau 4 point suspension seat's with all the seat belts. I have also added a rear bucket seat with seat belts for my 8 year old son that can be removed or installed when ever you choose. I have also added a full cage roll bar that goes down to the frame.

So the extra's that come with the L.C. are as follows....

a rear ice chest rack that i fabbed that you can remove and install as needed, family bikini top and half doors.

I also have a full soft top and the original 65 metal doors, and a extra 65 two piece hood in great shape.

It also has a under the hood welder and power inverter that will run a Makita grinder for trail repairs, and all my extra welding rod.

10,000 O.B.O.
