Apologies for the redundant post across multiple groups. Trying to get the message out to as many people as possible.

Monday morning at 9:00 in Talladega there will be a hearing on the TNF 600-2 gate case. The complaint has been filed on behalf of 2 local land owners and in the name of the State of Alabama.

The county (named defendant) has moved to be realigned as a party plaintiff and they will be at the table with us.

To be heard is the defendants motion to dismiss, county’s motion to realign, and the motion for preliminary injunction. Presiding Judge Hollingsworth.

We would like any and all that can come to come. It will be important for the judge to see a lot of people care. The defendant has argued no one cares about his gates so where is the foul. More people there the better. PLEASE ATTEND IF YOU ARE ABLE TO.

Judge took everything under advisement and is going to review case law and whatnot and publish something in the next few weeks. I would say the plaintiff did a good job of presenting a clear filing and arguing their motions. We will know more in the next few weeks.

Judge granted preliminary injunction gates at 600-2 are open. Next we file for a permanent injunction.

Everyone can go ride 600-2 again from end to end just stay off the problems property adjacent to Skyline Drive on the southwest side of 600-2, please.
