6 speed or automatic??????????

Obviously this question calls for speculation etc. but for those of you who are strongly considering an FJ, at this point are you leaning toward the 6 speed or the automatic (assuming all else equal) and why?

This has been discussed about the FJC before on here. Most came to the conclusion that if you plan to wheel it much, the 5sp auto would be much easier and more enjoyable.

The 6-speed however would be fun out on the road though.

I disagree... I think the conclusion was that the 6-Speed was the only way to go no matter what heheh.

But in all honesty... go with the 6-Speed... You get full-time 4WD which you can't get with the auto and its l.c.f. is much higher.
