Are they heavies and how many miles are on them?

I have 4" heavies with about 1,200 miles on them.

Purchased the truck from Colorado, was told lift was recent, but they look new with no rust on them.

Called Slee and no customer info found, they said if the back end is riding hi it's heavy spring's so that said.
