Are these the wagon wheel or rally style (small holes all the way around rim)?

Bloomer, PM sent, but no small holes, rather the "windows".

Sold two center caps off today and dropped one of the TMPS sensors when I took them off the wheels for a CL buyer that stood me up anyway. Case is cracked on the sensor but everything else seems intact.

Make me an offer on this stuff, I'm getting tired of stepping over them.
