So I work on a farm in South Central Washington. Lots of us managers run Tundras, and we run them pretty hard. 40k miles a year, mostly on gravel roads and dirt around fields. Constant dust and abrasive sandy soils. Think your overlanding adventure, but every day of the week. I just got my own Tundra, my dream of the past 15 years. The other guys are talking about all the fuel injector problems they've had...multiple trucks have needed injectors replaced, some more than once. One truck needed injectors at 70k. Can anyone shed some light into what's possibly going on? I've been a mechanic for a while, and Toyota products have always outlasted anyone else on a farm, and I've never heard of problems like this, esp in a Toyota. My '16 currently has about 51k on it. I don't screw with skimpy maintenance, I run Schaeffer Supreme 9000 and change fluids religiously.
