A bit early for me. I would like to let the snow melt on Hackett. I would like for it to be dry, or mostly dry, when I try it for the first time with this rig.

there used to be side trails off of Mount Herman Road, other than 315. Are those still open?

LC pilot has recommended Penrose Commons in the past. I have not been there, but wanted to mention it.

Here's a few other suggestions.

Here are my thoughts, and of course, it is your choice.
How about going to signal Butte and hiking up it?
Rampart range side roads and/or the crossover you mentioned would also be a great choice.
Mt Baldy will be gnarly. The snow builds in on the shelf road and one time when we were up there with snow on it one rig went partially over the edge.
We are scheduled to run China wall later this year.
Reynolds Wrap has a northwest facing slope that may not be open since we just had a sizable snow up there.

Sounds good. Please let us know your arrangements.

The two numbers 303-275-5610 and 719-636-1602. They open at 8:00am (at least the 303 office). I will post the news after I get in touch with them, but if someone else calls before I post, please do the same - my concern is if the day gets away from me, we won't get the info.
