4wd switch - bulb base

I’m talking about the 4wd button on the dash. I know the traditional bulb is a 158, but does anyone know the PN for the base or equivalent? I’m currently missing both and I’ve scoured the interwebs. I’ve tried the led swap but the switch requires the original base.
