4th gen transmission issues (1 Viewer)

Im aware of the reported issues, TSB and general internet buzz about the transmission issues. I’m curious if anyone here has actually experienced any issues. I intend to order a 2025 trail hunter. I recognize there may be some risk of issues as I haven’t found any thing conclusive that Toyota has really found and fixed the root cause. I just don’t think it’s a big risk though and believe Toyota will fix it if I have issues. I’ll drive my 200 if the Taco is in the shop.

Maybe the Mud group is too small of a sample size for my question but asking something like this on Tacoma World is pointless.

Mine is a 11/24 build. Hopefully it has been resolved before mine was built. No issues so far

Mine was built in June/July and has no issues. The cause of the transmission issues was determined to be a vender problem not cleaning out after machining. I think it has long been fixed
