Is this the one on Williston in S. Burlington?? Saw that a month or two ago. $5K is more in line

What is the rust like and where . To be honest with you if you take off the soft top its a $3000 cruiser at best. Not many people want the old cruisers at least not on this coast.

sure, if you take off the nice orig soft top, orig matching soft doors, and the good stock drop down tailgate, it is a 3K truck. That is why he wants 5K with them.

I have seen that rig alot lately.
My son is looking for a vehical and at 5 grand it's not a bad idea.
I have a 2007 FJ, but I can't seem to get him to bite on the looks of them!!!
Most be the half of his mother!!!

Nice looking rig...should have made the time to look for it last Saturday...not that I should be looking :bang:

Hope it finds a good home...one where it will remain like it is.

The $5K makes sense if you factor in the value of those rare parts. I went through that truck fairly well and there were definitely issues. The engine could very well be that low mileage but it had plenty of leaks which is expected for a truck that has been in VT that long. Nothing drastic but don't expect a shiny engine since it only has 46K. I looked at it when it was $8K and was laughing that the owner was high. Would be a great resto though. Has rust but nothing that wasn't easily fixed.

We'll call it "Vermont mint" I would offer $4K and be happy.

I wish I could. I'm living paycheck to paycheck at this point. That's definitely a fair price, though.

Toilet seats are selling like $hit I guess huh?
you wouldnt know what to do with that thing let alone where to STORE it! :flipoff2:

Yeah, more seats than toilets. The storage would be a problem. You done anything with yours? I'm sure the house thing has kept you busy.

it was briefly used as a support beam between the garage doors, if that counts.

Yes pat, mine is till under a tarp in my yard...:)

house? if it was only that simple.... In the last 8 months or so bought house, marrage, moving business and other asorted junk, now almost done setting up the new shop(s) and I just ordered some tire skates to roll the crusier sideways and finish getting it ready for paint.

Dan it was accauly never supporting anything, just used as a battering ram to take out the center post  That fawker got some surprising speed rolling off the beavertail unsupervised!

You sold the bike you have no excuse now...
