45 or 47 LWB with Tray in SoCal...anyone recognize?

I have trained my family well...a picture sent from my brother-in-law taken somewhere in SoCal yesterday. Exceptionally clean and nicely finished-off rig. Looks like a post-1976 45 or 47, LHD. Perhaps a diesel?

Anyone recognize this one?
