45 lv springs, stupid question? Which way is forward?

I know, retarded question, I just don't want anything slowing me up.

The front springs should be fairly straight forward because the length from the spring eye to the center pin is obviously different from end to end.

What about the rear springs, I think one end is longer? Does the longer end go towards the front of the vehicle or rear?

Long end goes towards the front on both front and rear springs?

I got in on that group ih8mud buy back in Feb. that Chef (Allen) set up 30% off of list, about $700 for the set w/ U bolts and the yellow bushings that I won't be using.

I believe that the rear will be centered with pin in the middle. Nice score for $700 I was up north in Feb I missed out. Myrle
