Wanted 40 in Tucson/Pheonix area (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I am finally financially ready to take on a 40. I have cash, am looking in the 5-8k range. Any engine but a 2f or sbc prefered over a f. Hard top a plus, paint not so much but must be mechanically sound (will be daily driver even though I have another car) I am in Sierra Vista, AZ so looking in the tucson, pheonix area or even Yuma for the right one.
