Wanted 40/60/62 series cruiser - Ugly is ok.

I'm looking for a beater cruiser to drive when I pull my 80 apart.

Im looking for functional drivable vehicles even If I have to fix small things to get em running.

Any leads, advice, or warnings would be most appreciated.

I'm in Texas but would entertain an adventure to drive an LC home.

Hey John,

I have an all original '87 60 series I have been toying with selling. I spent the better part of a year getting her running right and now she purrs like a kitten. Body is solid, interior is in pretty good condition, too. Aside from a brush gaurd on the front and a pair of Hella driving lights, she's bone stock original. 197,000 miles. Red with gray interior. Let me know if you're interested and I can send you some pictures. Downside, I'm loctaed in Southern New York State.

I have a 1988 FJ62 with 120,000 on it that I would like to sell. The bad is some rust on the lower front fenders, one rear wheel well,and small bubbles on the rear hatch. The rest of the paint is still shiny and smurf blue. There is some looseness in the steering. Good is the low mileage, it had a hesitation and i put lots of new parts on it chasing it down so it has had a full tune up in the last 10k. Tires are good, interior is 8 out of 10.

I have a white 88 fj62 that is a bit rusty and rough looking. i bought it in a combo deal as a parts truck, but it runs very well, just has a power drain issue of some sort.

truck is in houston. if your other deal fell thru, shoot me a message, we could maybe work out a deal.
