I know I am late, but anyone going to this? Too late to get passes, but it only an hour+ from me but don't want to the the only non-jk (again):

4 Wheel Parts of Birmingham has teamed up with Choccolocco Mountain to host THE SUGAR BISCUIT SHAKEDOWN!! April 29th thru May 1st. 4 Wheel Parts has purchased 70 passes to give out at the gate. The passes are good for the whole weekend, including camping. To sign up for a pass, you must come see Gaige at the store in Pelham. He will be coordinating the meeting times per day, based on sign up. Times will be posted closer to the date. Passes are 1st come 1st serve, limit 2 per customer.

We have several trail leaders and spotters that will be available all weekend to help. This event is open to all vehicles from stock/mild to fully built/wild.

More details to follow, hope to see a bunch of Jeeps out there.

From a FB picture looked like he is towing frankendigger with the DDigger so look for either.

Man I am gonna have to get my hunks together after we get the house finished. So many great rides so close this spring that I would love to make next year.

Showed up and it was a Toyota-Fest out there! So many I didn't even get to talk with everyone I knew!
Some Lousiana Land Cruiser folk were there camping. It was good catching up with them. Some toyota buggy folk from Alabama and Georgia alike.
Brought these Cruiser Freshmen along with me and they LOVED wheeling at a park legitimately instead of trespassing on powerline trails!

I know some don't have FaceBook... a handful of you guys do not. I realize it's a thorn on here since a handful think it's the devil. But the SugarBiscuit Run was being organized there on FB in an Event, which is where all the chatter was/is.
I really wish we could move this to FB. It's hard straddling social media sites LIKE THIS ONE, with others, like FB.
When I post events here, it seemingly gets crickets, so I've almost abandoned it.

But just as you described, I'm in the non-FB group. It was due to my job now I simply can't take on another media. Not enough to time in the day. Anywho, I'll have to depend on my spidie senses to stay informed, aka I'll miss a lot. Haha.

Looks like a blast. My wife is on FB but I just missed this one being posted. Wish I could have made it.

Any others coming up we should be aware of? It's even hard to find them on Bham-JK's FB.
