I found some noise from the valves, the cause is poor oil in the rocker arm, because the shaf of the rocket arm turn and lost the alignament whit the oil hole, what is the lock for the shaft?, i can turn all the support with the hand like an arm.

The studs on the head should line up with groves machined in the shaft. You won't be able to put the rocker assy on with out lining the shaft grooves up with the studs.

And the top end doesn't get much oil to begin with. If you have valve noise (which you should have some) you can adjust the valves pretty easy.
