3FE and 1FZFE EGR Delete- Block Off Plate kits for sale

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have these EGR block offs that I had made and thought others might be interested in a nice made, sturdy part.

These are made of 6061 aluminum and are 1/2 inch thick.

These are waterjet cut items and they look great. I ran these on the belt sander for a minute to knock down the sharpest edges. I then ran the flat sides on the belt also to make them uniformly finished. You can easily have these engraved to Your liking.

I AM ALSO OFFERING A BRUSHED LOOK THAT MAKES THESE LOOK LIKE BRIGHT CAST ALUMINUM INSTEAD OF THE SANDED FINISH. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH ONE YOU WANT WHEN ORDERING.

You can use this with no gasket and just use some RTV silicone to eliminate any chance of leaks.

I also include three stainless button head fasteners to make this a great looking install instead of having to use the old crusty bolts!

THESE ARE $32 Each shipped USPS First Class in a padded envelope to CON. USA

Bump for these!!

If Y'all think I am too high on these, make me a decent offer!

I may be interested in one but must wait a week or two before I commit. I'll check back. Thanks.

Thanks SMH, I think You will appreciate the quality of the part once You see it.

They are sturdy!

I just installed one of these plates. Well made and fit without issue. My only comment is regarding the thickness. I reused the bolts for the EGR and while they worked slightly longer bolts would be better. This is not a high stress application so I do not think that limited thread engagement will be an issue, plus a little silicone will help to hold the plate on. If you do the full desmog the mounting bolts for the silencer may be a good source for longer bolts.

Thanks for the Update Jim!!

Glad it worked well for You

I may offer a bolt kit that comes with these just to make it easier on end users.....

Do You have a pic of it on the intake?

Installed EGR plate.

Plugged exhaust port.

Silencer, long bolts that run through the rubber isolators would be long enough for mounting the plate but may also be too long in which case they'd bottom out.
