Wanted 3b gasket kit

Hey I’m hunting down a gasket set for my 1984 bj60. I’m doing the precups so all I really need at the moment is a head gasket and maybe a valve cover gasket. However I figured I would buy a full engine gasket set so that I have whatever I may need in the future. I want true oem Toyota gaskets. Where have you guys sourced these kits? I’m located in Alberta Canada if that helps.

Yeah the local Toyota dealership couldn’t even find a head gasket anywhere in Canada. He couldn’t even really figure out the right part number. So not helpful

You should be able to get these directly now from Toyota.

megazip.net will give you all the part numbers you need if you can’t find them on this forum (hint: you can)

dealerships (US) typically can’t help you unless you feed them a number, and then all they can do is tell you it’s not in stock and if they can order it in. I have yet to find a non-US part from a Toyota dealership that was faster or cheaper than the two resources I linked above.

I opened it up and it's all there. Bag was just torn in storage. The factory kit is discontinued and the best price I can find online is a little over $450CAD.
