i'm searching a 3" performance exhaust for my 80, i saw rancero had one but (rs2102) they said that they did not make it any more. :o

do anny of u guys know where to order a 3" or bigger exhaust system for my car?

Thanks .

Any exhaust shop should be able to bend you up what you need.

You can also buy pre-bent mandrel bends to make the corners smoother for exhaust flow from some shops- can't think of any off of the top of my head, but I've seen them advertised on shows like Horsepower TV and such.

i need the complete kit i can't do it my self.
I want the "pre-bent-bolt-on-system" if u know what i'm thinking about.

3"or bigger, 4" stainles steel would be great!

Yeah what do you guys think about getting flowmasters on an 80. I know im going to get some sh!t for this but im use to that low rumble from my z71 tahoe. Is this possible and good?

Neo-

I don't know the diameter of the Borla cat-back system, but that is the only bolt on stainless system I am aware of.

Stuck-

Search here using a variety of words, aftermarket exhaust, flowmaster, cutom pipes, etc. You will probably find a dozen or more threads, maybe even some with sound bytes. The consensus has been that a flowmaster on the I-6 will not equal the sound of a flowmaster on a 8 cylinder of even v-6. Some like the sound of a flowmaster of an 80 series, some don't. Put yours on, record a sound byte and share your experience with the group.

it's somthing like this system im searching for.

(ranco stopped making this around 97' they told me.)

Im going to go with a custom mandrel bent stainless 4" exhaust (no muffler) for the 1HZ in my HJ60.

Little Tech Tip:
If you decided to run ' 3 or larger you will loose so much of your bottom end and with that so much flows you will also burn gas so quick I suggest that not good things to do.If you looking for rumble sounds why dont you get the custom cat back and one of the them i recommend the Borla XR1. Even one of top mods TwinTurbo LC80 i've ever seen recommend no more than 2.75 piping.
I've changed my exhaust system 3x so i just share with you here little.
3x exhaust sytem replacement was - early '98 Remus, '00 Borla cat back & '02 Bowlish Hi-Polish Stainless steel Dual system cat back until now.

Stuck,
I have the flowmaster 50 series on my 97. Put that on due to the size more than sound. Can’t recall the specifics right now, but it was last summer and if you search for flowmaster with the username junk you should be able to find the specifics.

Sorry Neo – no idea on where to get a full bolt on system. I know they are out there but never looked for one. You might find something through performance products etc, but would likely do better looking for something closer to where you live.

You wont loose a damn thing with that turbo sitting in front of the exhaust! Ive added 3-4-5" exhausts to many turbo diesels. Cummins, Toyota, Volkswagen. There has been zero loss of power!

Hell, Ive got a 3" exhaust (no muffler) on my 1.9 ltr VW TDI Jetta. It was one of the best things I ever did to that car.

Wrong answer Clide.

Well if you talking boud the "Turbo" that probably right you loss 0 power, but this guy (NEOWULF) does he got the Turbo? and do you recommends to run '3 or larger on stock cruiser? And plus dont you think just waste of time burn more
money in the air? I dont think that would be good idea & not smart thing to do pal :D

Endless, I think I see the confusion. Neowulf stock engine is a turbo diesel, not a 1FZE. 3" exhaust should be fine.
