MARK YOUR CALENDAR TODAY!
On Memorial Day Weekend, May 28-30, 2010, the Rock Crawlers for the Preservation of Future Access (RCPFA) will host the 2nd Annual Wounded EOD Warrior Run.
The Wounded Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warrior Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers assistance to our Wounded EOD Warriors and their families in the form of financial relief. The resources provided by the Foundation are above and beyond the budgetary constraints of the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. We believe that families are an integral part of the healing and the rehabilitation process and strive to keep them together during the most difficult of times. The Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation depends on fundraising opportunities and donations. Your generosity allows them to offer "compassionate solutions" to our Wounded EOD Warriors and their families.
Eric Stoneking, an active member in RCPFA, found the need as an avid 4-wheeler and former EOD operator to give back to a community that gave him everything he has today. Over the last 4 years, he has watched his fellow EOD operators go to war with courage and tenacity, while he himself couldn't because of injuries he suffered while conducting mobile team UXO operations in Iraq. Last year, he found this organization that recognized the efforts of these brave men and women. Please join us on Memorial Day weekend as we ride for EOD operators worldwide.
PLEASE VISIT Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation - Wounded Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warrior Foundation TO DONATE AND LEARN MORE.
We will also be excepting donations onsite as well and will have T-shirts on sale for the event.
