2L-T Mechanic in California/NorCal?

Hi everyone, I have a 1995 Toyota Mark II with a 2L-T that is unfortunately in a crank but no start condition.

Not too familiar with diesels as this is my first diesel, and just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for reputable mechanics in California to diagnose the issue? Ideally in the north bay, but towing/shipping is not a problem if necessary.
