That looks like a proper setup! Don't try getting too much out of it. I'd say you're where you need to be with 10psi and 800 egt max. I ran mine to max, sometimes over 1200, but looks like your intercooler helps keeping down the temps. Good luck with your truck. You did a great job.

If you are saying 800F max you have plenty of more egt to go.
Safe consensus is 1200.

Turn up fuel for more performance. What turbo are you using? Do you have an mls headgasket on there?

Called those Ausie dudes in Perth….had the whistle “n” soot kit w/ pdi i-cooler …think the turbo toowoomba shipped to NC.

800F is so cold it doesn't sound right. Is the probe reaching the middle of the exhaust stream?

800F at cruise maybe, not even pushing it would sound right

How long have you had your 3B running @ 550c ?

My 2H only has 100,000 km & I’m trying get as many km’s outta her as possible before needing a rebuild.

I used to Run it a lot hotter but now it has a front mount its running cooler, but about 80 000 kms it's had a turbo on it

i bet you it ran hotter than that N/A

my 3b will get right to 1250f ( 650 670c ) if i push it.
To the OP...1150/1200 is about as high as i like to go, 800f is nothing for sure
