ok,battery air gun didnt work(a good one) but not good enough....have car in gear,brakes on....strong arm bar and 1metre long extra bar and it aint budging......and im not a small bloke.....busting my balls,and it aint cracking.

so the journey continues.

if i cannot brake this bolt.im gonna get a mobile mech in i think.ill probably end up braking a gear or bolt.

Does not matter how long the bar is, it's the shock that will break the thread seal on the harmonic nut, you need a heavy air impact gun, the gun itself will weigh 10lbs. You would be better off with a short bar wrench and a heavy hammer to shock the nut loose.
 
If you want to drive later why dont you adjust valves, fit an new oil filter and oil, remove relieve valve bolt and do the start trick?
Intake 0.20 mm (0.008 in.)
Exhaust 0.36 mm (0.014 in.)

can i take the rear oil case off without taking the Injection gear and automatic timer off??

i know the rest have to come off.
 
seems i got hold of a dude that new a dude that could get the relief valve out in less than a minute....

And may we ask after all this drama how the dude that new dude got the relief valve out after you were going to dismantle the whole engine to begin with?

Single mark, also the first two rockers (intake & exhaust) over piston 1 will be level and loose. If you rotate the engine once the rockers on piston 6 will be level and loose.

The double line is BTD which set against your IP pump for timing.
