Can anyone give any input as to where the 2H like to be in the RPM range while on the highway? I am in the process of deciding what gears I want.
My setup: 2H (eventually turbo), H55, split case, 35s.
I am trying to decide between 4.56 and 4.88. I am worried that the 4.88 will give me a max highway speed of ~55mph
Per the FSM the max rpm on a 2H is 4400?
the build is intended to be a trail rig but I want it to be remotely capable of driving highway speeds.
With 4.88s at 65mph I would be around 2400rpm, is that too high for the poor old 2H?
