if you're not doing a full restore, and you're going to stay toyota, the fj60 intake exhaust and carb are a good package swap for the 2F. I say package cause the fj60 intake and exhaust work better together, and the carb is a more functional carb than the earlier ones. the 3 piece exhaust manifold is not as likely to warp or crack as the one piece unit. There is a guy who has a brand spankin new 3F carbed manifold set available in the classies, and I believe Trollhole has a carb for that manifold. being of a 2 piece design and with dual exhaust provisions coupled with the fact that it's brand new, it would be a good mod for a non smog, not restoration correct rig. I went to the fj62 manifolds for the exhaust- it took some doing, but they are a divorced 2 piece design very free flowing almost like factory headers. I had to notch the intake- and it won't incorporate a heat riser(not possible for the driveway machinists...) cut the mounting flange areas down on the exhaust to match the intake flange thickness, and run dual pipes. I absolutely love this set up even tho it comes with some of its own baggage. the duals sound great BTW...HTH
