Wanted 2F Engine w/ good compression and known running condition

I am in need of a solid running 2F. I'm getting ready to move and my current 2F decided to fall apart on me before the move.

I don't have the time for a rebuild so I'm looking for a running 2F with good compression numbers and no known issues.
