How much trimming/cutting? Im going same wheels and tire size

None that I am aware of. I had a shop do the lift/tires/wheels at the same time, so there's a chance they had to do some but they never said anything.

Just did a lift/wheel/tire combo for my 2017. These are Falken C load in 285/70/17 with a Dobinson IMS lift. Lift is in the 2" range. View attachment 3103141

They are. While I still like the look, not sure I can recommend. One of them cracked somehow without much of any offroading/abuse (detailed on a separate thread). Icon replaced under warranty but I'm not sure I would go with them if I were to do it over again.
