Just mounted some new-to-me skins on my GX..
Found them on Craigslist, with the 4Runner rims. Measure out at 32”.
2005, sport edition (KDSS), 155k miles.
Will update with ride quality if requested...

Any rubbing? Any trimming you had to do to the fender lining? You fit a spare in this size in spare location?

No rubbing, didn’t need to trim or push plastic out of the way.
Will attempt to fit spare today. These came off another GX, and the previous owner said they fit in the spare tire location.

Nice. If you can, please post your hub to fender measurements. I'm always interested in knowing these numbers.

We always talk about 2" lift or 2.5" lift etc. but these numbers are theoretical since the front and the rear are at different heights. I'm always curious in the progression of hub to fender measurements as you go from stock to bigger tires to a suspension lift. It's something I didn't get to do on mine because I bought it lifted already.

Rear...
Driver side 21.5”
Passenger 21.5”

Front
Driver side 19.0”
Passenger side 19.5”

Stock suspension

Well, the spare (255-75/17 KO2) didn’t fit in the spare location.
I didn’t try airing it down, as I don’t have onboard air. The original spare is back in place.
I think I remember reading that some KDSS gear (panhard rod?) might limit the space.
It was close, but I didn’t want to force anything.
I might try again once the truck is on a rack...I was lying on my back, and my leverage was terrible.
