annoying brake squeak since the day i picked it up. Thought it would work its' way out but after 2k miles just took it into Lexus.
Dealer revoved front+rear pads, cleaned the hardware + caliber, lubed shims, kept it overnight, did a road test on the highway to get the brakes hot, no noise for about 1 day.
Now it's back.

only need to be going 5 mph, then it's the final 5% of the stop, coming from the rear brakes.

taking it back in next week but curious if any LX600 owners have had a similar issue?
appreciate the help

Is it making noise the first time you drive it after sitting and then done or is it consistent every time you touch the brakes.

good clarification: Consistent every time i hit the brakes no matter what time of day or how long i've been driving. I'm in Norcal so not a humidity thing.
checking other forums and seems like random LC300 owners are having it occassionally. With no clear solution. ugh.

Neither of my LX600's had a persistent squeak. Occasionally I'd get one at first brake application coming out of the garage on a humid morning. But it was a one and done.

After a day of rainy driving, it'll squeal a bit on me the first few brake applications, but then whisper quite afterwards.

Call corporate and open a case. Brakes doing weird stuff and I would ask they replace every part down to the calipers.

UPDATE:
took it into Concord Lexus for the 2nd time. Right Front Brake is the culprit. The spoke to Lexus FTS and this is a known issue and they are working on a "Field Fix".
Next Step: they'll call me in 3 wks or before w/ an update.

Update: spoke w/ Lexus of Concord today. Still no updates outside of corporate still working on the field fix. check back in 3 wks.
if anyone has a contact at corporate i'd appreciate it. In parallel i'm going to start reaching out to people. This could easily be unresolved in 6 mo unless I become the squeaky wheel.
