Join us for a day celebrating all things Land Cruiser. This exciting year we will explore outside the slow & steady stigma that surrounds our beloved Cruisers. Toyota USA joins us this year as the title sponsor for Cruiserfest and is bringing the Nothing is Impossible energy. CruiserFest will highlight Land Cruisers in racing, the world record fastest SUV (hint: it's a Land Cruiser!), the all new 2024 Land Cruiser, and special guest Toyota Racing living legend, Ivan "Ironman" Stewart! Ivan joins us to talk about his illustrious 30-year career in off-road racing. We're filling the day with expert guided tours, Hot Wheels racing, workshops, opportunity drawings, and our classic Show-N-Shine car show. This is not a CruiserFest to miss!

As always, CruiserFest is the museum's way of connecting the outdoor and off-road community while providing education and opportunities to connect with new people. All proceeds from CruiserFest go back to the stewardship of the world's greatest collection of Toyota Land Cruisers.

Can you recommend a campsite near by? Thanks!!

I was looking at Redman campground, Loop campground or is there a better close to the museum campground?

Thanks

That is gorgeous camping area. Anything up Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon are great, popular (often booked) but great.

There is free primitive camping on Forest Service land in the Bountiful area, ~30 mins from the museum:

If you want a paid campground minutes from the museum, the SLC KOA checks the box. It's an inner city campground so adjust your expectations accordingly :D

Hi Kurt,
When I attended the 2019 event you had blocked out a tent camping area in the KOA campground, which really worked well. I recall we had a nice Friday evening get-together. Any chances that happening this year?

Nothing we have lined up at current. That was a ton of fun!

I booked a spot at the KOA as well.

Had some questions. First time trying to go.
Is there a swap meet and or vendors selling parts or merch?
I’ve been to museum once. Super cool. Int in the show and shine and guided tours but I love a good vendor row or swap meet.

Really hoping for someone selling long range tanks so I can pickup in person.

There are a few vendors that will be on site but it's not a traditional vendor show or swap meet.

We (Cruiser Outfitters) could likely have a Long Range there for you. Email our shop to line that up. Info@cruiseroutfitters.com

Well, a certain someone is coaxing me into going. 😎
It’s either go to the Shelby club event and ride on the track in vintage mustangs or go to the Cruiserfest. Need help deciding…
Just show up LOLOL

Jealous- take pics Ken - is it Sawyer or the wife ? Hope all is well.

Wish I still lived west of mississipi......would only be a 1000 mile drive instead of 2500

:frown:
