Can you change the bright lights on a 2021 cruiser?

2020 (thread title) or 2021 (post)?
Either way no, the low and high beams are built into the assembly.
Are they not bright enough? Most people posting here say they are among the best headlights they've ever had..

I’m used to a 55 watt led that was outstanding.
The best headlights I've ever had were on the 2017+ Ford Super Duty with their Quad Beam LED's, those things are down right nuclear. The 2016+ 200 Series LED's aren't bad but they aren't the best however, they are better than the LED head lights on my RAM 3500. I haven't found the need or desire to try and improve them and they can easily be supplemented with better fog's or auxiliary lights.
Man I’ve got pretty poor night vision and I still think the Cruiser lights are the bomb. I’d be hard pressed to ask for more.

I was looking under the hood abs it says the low beams are High beams are not led. Is that true?

Every USDM landcruiser and LX570 from 2016 to 2021 had LED low and high beams.
You may have set the bar too high by using illegal headlamps in the past. Within what is legal and therefore designed not to blind oncoming traffic, the 2016 lamps are pretty damn good.
