That light will likely never be the same. For the amount of water in there, you likely separated the seal of the clear lens to the ABS frame. If you decide to try and repair, my advice is to remove the entire unit, pull out the bulbs, and let it air dry. Once that is done and you are certain all the water is gone, wrap the entire lens in xpel or some similar ppf. It'll seal up that crack nicely without causing any issues that glue would. Once you're done with that, break out the silicone and re-seal the entire perimeter of where the lens meets the ABS frame. Hopefully that'll keep moisture out.

Realistically, find another undamaged unit be it brand new or used but above all else, get OEM. Trust me on this. No lens swapping. No chinese rip offs.
