2016 repair manuals and new features on TIS

The TIS webpage just updated to include information on the 2016 model Land Cruiser, so we'll likely see them at dealers shortly. The only notable changes have already been discussed... transmission, styling, etc. If anyone has any other questions, and I have the time, I'll try to dig up the answers.
