I ordered but noted that lead time on product was 2 to 3 weeks. I am at 2 week point so in one more week I might bug them with an email. Really looking forward to getting rid of those monitors. Then just have to figure out were to sell them.
I've had good experiences with Victory's customer service, so if you are concerned just contact them, they may have an update for you.

My order arrived about 3+ weeks not quite 4. However I was shipped only 1 plate. I ordered a quantity of 1 but in notes on product web site shipped in pairs. I sent email to Victory and waiting to hear back. The one that I did receive is very well made the quality is very nice. Will be doing at least one screen swap out this coming weekend.
Same here, I sent an email and had the 2nd one in a day or two. Can understand the confusion as they are sold in pairs. Great comms and the installation was smooth once you read the tips about rocking the screen units forward to undo the molex connectors since the release points are on the back.
