2016, 51K miles, no air suspension. I just noticed a clunk in the rear going over speed bumps on the bounce. Are there any usual suspects?

I would start off by climbing under the back of your GX and visually inspecting all the suspension components also giving them a wiggle by hand to see if anything is worn or loose. Could also be the spare tire not being secured tightly. Have you checked your seat belts? I've had my seat belts not retract fully and would make a slight clunking noise up against the interior trim. When I deleted my 3rd row, I removed the 3rd row seat belts completely for that reason. The very last thing I could think of is your factory included bottle jack. On the GX they're known for causing a rattle or clunking sound if they loosen up in their storage location.

I second the bottle jack as the first place to check. next is the tools in the rear door panel. Next super obvious thing is to check your spare is hitting your sway bar or is loose.

Check your rear control arms.
After some intense washboard roads and some minor rock crawling, I had the passenger control arm bolt shear off was loose. Replaced it and all has been great.
