Hey all - looking for advice of how to address…
2015 LC, stock head unit. I’ve got a premium SXM subscription, but when I use the tune dial to scroll through the channels, my truck goes to channel 234 and then back to zero. I can’t figure a way to access the bulk of my channels 300 and beyond.
I’ve done a few SXM signal refreshes and no change.
Any ideas? Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!

Same issue on my 2013 LC200. Sirius says channels above 241, "*May not be available in-vehicle on certain makes and models." Looks like we have one of those makes and models.

There's no problem listening online with my Platinum subscription to channels up to 941 and beyond - just not on the LC receiver.

Edit to add: I can use the SXM App on my iPhone while in the truck to listen to ALL the SXM channels. It's just the built-in SXM receiver that is channel limited.

Slightly off topic - how’s the audio quality of the streamed content vs what’s coming over the satellite? iMO, the actual satellite quality is lower than what I get vs other streaming audio like Spotify. Never thought to try the app for that.

Given the cost of these subs on all of my vehicles, it might be worthwhile ditching the over the air sub and going stream only. (except for off grid situations; but then I don’t care about audio have what I need on usb or phone) or usually listening to radio chatter in convoy.

I connect my iPhone 7Plus directly to the USB port in the truck - audio quality is excellent.

However, I will continue my SXM subscription for the onboard radio because a lot of the areas I travel have no cell signal - no cell signal, no SXM App.
