2015 GX460 Hood Trim parts question

I just picked up my GX460 from the body shop, and it looks to me that a piece of trip, or plugs were left out.

The holes at the underside edge of the hood, should something be there? Trim? Plugs? Who has a GX that can look on their truck please.
My body shop says it was like that... I am not so sure.
