Can anyone advise me of how one vertically adjusts (and horizontally for that matter) the high beams? I called the local Lexus dealer and they told me they have to takeoff the whole front bumper and that’s the only way to get to the adjustment point but, they have not been the most honest place to deal with through the years. Any feedback with as much detail as possible is appreciated! Best.
