I am facing power steering noise trouble with my 200 series 2013 ZX. i have attached the exact video link

i need advise before going to dealership so that they dont rip me off. Also need to travel to hilly area so urgent suggestions and advise is highly appreciated. BTW there is no fluid leak or bubbles in the oil and even the levels are OK.

Probably not the rack, more likely a ball joint or tie rod end. It could also be any number of small items throughout the front end... bushings, sway bay link. A good independent shop can diagnose.

thanks wil have

thanks will get it checked for suspension. Just to add the noise only comes on turning steering all the way on uphill or downhill, not on normal straight level road.

This might be the shield that is behind the brake disc. Mine also made noises recently and especially when turning. For some reason it was slightly bend and the corrosion on it didn't help.

Maybe you can jack up the affected side, steer the wheel outwards and rotate the wheel to see if you can reproduce it this way.

Edit: if it makes contact you can bend it back with a screwdriver and some muscle power

No loose bolts on your suspension? Could be like a spring that is loose.
