Wanted 2013 LX how long until it has been for sale too long?

A dealer in the Anaheim area of California has an LX that I am interested it. Seems to be a reasonable price for the miles and is the right color combo.
My wife is concerned because it has been on the market for about 50 days.
Does time on market impact your decision to look at car? I am not local so I would need to travel to check it out.

(I am new here, this seemed like the best place for this question. Please let me know if I was wrong)

Great, anything in those 10 service records that would explain why they still haven't sent them to me? I give up on those guys!
I think the current price seems pretty fair, but it has been for sale for so long I think you can get another $1000 off.
Oddly enough I do have a few undercarriage pictures.

Happy Thanksgiving. Was there any indicaiton of rust. I don't see anything other than the owner complaining about the rough ride and whell shimmy, I posted about a few post ago. I've attached the service history from the Lexus Drivers site.

There was nothing in the pictures he sent me.
I assume it is ok, for me to post the pictures here.

From the 1st picture, it appears the LX is leaking some fluids. Also, the dealer informed me that 38K is the lowest the seller will go.

I'm also looking at Certified 2015 GX460 and new 4runner Off Road's. But I prefer a Land Cruiser or LX570. I may pass after seeing the leaks.

Im at dealer and the LX570 is much cleaner in person. Inside and outside and saw no leaks. I checked all the electrical and electronics work fine. I also check 4lo, engage CDL , Crawl Control and MTs. I managed to get a couple of hundred off to bring the cost down to 37.6k.

Me too, I'm a little worried at this time. This is the first used car I purchased since 1987 and the first with over 20K miles. I'm hopeful that the Lexus/Toyota reliability is with me on this purchase. It has a good service history but it's fear of the unknown that keep me up last night. I'm off to the Credit Union to finish the paper work and purchase a warrenty from my credit union. The dealer had one that they were trying to push but it was too expensive ~4K for 5 or 6 years; I sopt listening after he said 4K..

Also, the dealer tried to pull a quick one on me. Sales Manager "Sir you credit score is not as high as you mentioned" Me, Pull out my phone with 3 reporting agencies scores; here's my score and here the rate that my credit union will finance me for a 2013" BTW the ratings from the big 3 agencies we all higher than thier's by 40 points; no kidding.. After I go into the Finance Manager office and do the paper work. The Finance Manager says " Due to your credit we pull we will 7.79% financing it you can't get a loan from your bank in 3 days." My Wife and I looked at each other and we stood up, protested the terms and walked out of the dealer ship put the kids in the car and when we were leaving the Sales Manager and Fiance Manager runs out and says, "What rate did your bank will finance you at" and I responded with the bank terms and my True Car certificate (Only about $300 off their best offer of $38K of again and they met the bank terms and extended the time I have to get a loan to 7 days. They were trying the old we can make money on the back end routine...

Anyway off to the CreditUnion in 30 minutes to get my loan with a percentage discount for using TrueCar.

Is the Credit Union warranty thru Route 66 ? I looked into it thru my Credit Union in CO, seemed fine, but ended buying thru CarMax and bought their Extended Warranty, which goes tbru The Warranty Group, only had the LX 6 months, haven't used it yet.

My credit Union uses another company that excapes my mind at this moment but it's $1600 for 45K miles or 36 months. According to the branch manager members havnet had any issues getting thier cars fixed. @Str8Laced I see you purchased your LX from my local CarMax and it looked like they offered you a good warranty.

Yes, you saw my post in the 200 Purchase Price thread. Was reduced a couple times, from $43 to $41K and that's when I decided to have it sent to CO from Murietta. CarMax is still offering any 4WD or AWD vehicle shipped free to CO from anywhere and no obligation to buy.
The Chrome wheels are OK, would've preferred the grey metallic, but glad the PO had the clear bra installed, both front fenders are clear bra covered also.
